We are pleased to wrap up our participation in “Career Day,” organized by the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy (TMF).
For us as a company, attending this event is much more than a simple presentation—it is part of our commitment to actively support the educational process and invest in the new wave of professionals who will shape the future of our industry.
Through direct communication, we recognized the students’ potential and presented our internship and employment programs, where our Human Resources department shared actionable advice on professional positioning in the labor market.
We were deeply impressed by the preparedness and enthusiasm of the students who attended the earlier CV and cover letter workshops—their dedication is a clear indicator of the upcoming generation’s quality.
