Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 400 g Cake flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 200 g brown sugar

PREPARATION

Beat the egg with the sugar and butter, then add the milk. Add the flour to the mixture prepared in this way and knead a soft dough. A rectangular crust is rolled out of the dough on a floured surface. Coat the crust with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. From this the prepared crust form a roll and cut it into pieces 1 cm thick. Arrange the rolls in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
