Grind the sandwich cookies from one package into small crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix the whole mixture well. Place the mixture in a 20 x 20 cm pan. Leave to harden while preparing the filling. Filling: In a deep bowl, whisk together the sweet cream (or whipped cream) and add the melted white chocolate, as well as the second package of cookies, braking them roughly. Add the vanilla, powdered sugar and melted gelatin. Stir well with a spatula or whisk and pour the mixture into the mold with the sandwich cookie base. Finally, on steam, melt the cooking chocolate with the milk and pour the glaze on top of the entire surface. From the third pack of cookies, cut out halves and decorate the cubes. Tip: to cut them into cubes, after the chocolate has hardened, heat a knife on a hot plate and carefully cut.
