Rye bread

Preparation

1. Whisk the pastry cream well until it thickens.
2. Add the sugar and continue whisking. Finely chop the strawberries and add them in the pastry cream. Add vanilla. Continue whisking all the ingredients to get a homogeneous mixture
3. Decorate the sweet toast canapes as desired.

  • 500ml pastry cream
  • 300g strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
