Sandwich with chicken fillet and mustard

Preparation

Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry them for 8-10 minutes. Spread a little mustard on all slices of bread. On each slice of bread put a little fried fillet, a few pieces of chopped tomato and a lettuce leaf. Cover with another slice of bread. If desired, serve with fries.

Little secret

Instead of chicken, you can use turkey fillet.

  • 2 chicken fillets;
  • 2 tomatoes diced  in cubes;
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard;
  • olive oil;
