Preparation

Mix the ingredient into even dough, cover it and leave it to rise for around 20 minutes. Divide the dough into three pieces and form three dough balls.  Form a rectangle of each ball, butter and roll. Cut it into pieces and place them on a round baking pan and leave it to rest for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the pastry with sesame or caraway seeds and bake at 220 ° C-250 ° C up to 30 minutes depending on your oven.

For the dough:

  • 1kg bakery flour type 500
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 margarine
  • 40g yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml cooking oil
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 300 ml of water

sesame or caraway seeds for decoration.
