Corn Flour

Preparation

Beat the eggs well with a mixer, add butter, corn, white flour and polenta mixed with the baking powder and the sparkling water until you get a medium thick pastry. Add cheese and chopped spinach. Pour the mixture into a well greased pan and bake half an hour in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC. Remove the cake from the oven when cooked and cover it with a cloth towel for 1 minute and then leave it to cool down.

  • 100 g corn flour
  • 200 kg white flour
  • 200 g cheese
  • 400g spinach
