Preparation

Heat the honey, sugar and margarine over medium heat until completely melted. Allow the mixture to cool. Mix the flour with other ingredients and the cooled mixture of margarine, sugar and honey. Knead the dough well and leave it covered to rest for three hours. Stretch the dough with a thickness of 1,5cm and cut pieces with a heart shaped mould and put them on a baking tray. Bake at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Pour over a previously prepared and cooled vanilla pudding.

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g baking flour type 500;  
  • 250g honey;
  • 100g sugar;
  • 150g margarine;
  • 1 egg;
  • 10g cocoa;
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon;
  • 1 bag of baking powder;
  • 100g finely chopped almonds.

Filling:

  • 2 vanilla pudding; 
  • ½ liter milk.
