Preparation

Preparation: Pour carefully the corn flour in boiling water, stir well. Simmer until the mass gets thick. Heat the oil on the pan. Take a spoon of the mixture and place the croquettes in the hot oil. Fry nicely on both sides until they take a golden color. Put them on a kitchen paper to absorb excess fat, and then serve them.
