All purpuses

The flour is placed in a kneading container, make a small well in the middle and add yeast and sugar and some salt and cooking oil. Dissolve the yeast with lukewarm water and add the rest of the water. Mix the whole mass until the dough starts to separate from the container. Then continue kneading on the table. Cover and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Divide into pieces of around 150g and shape them into balls that need to rest for 10 minutes. Flour the working table and stretch the balls one by one while flouring. Spray each layer with cooking oil and place the selected filling, then wrap in a roll and put them on a pan. Once the pan is filled, spray the pan with the rest of the oil and let it rest for 10 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 225 ° C to 250 ° C around 25 to 30 minutes depending on the oven. Once you remove the pie from the oven, spray it with water and cover it with a paper napkin
